3. By online credit card (PayPal) payment:

4. On-site payment: 

In the event that you are not able to complete your payment transactions by any of the above payment options, on-site (credit card, bank draft) payment will be allowed. (Strictly NO personal cheques.)

Cancellation and refund policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made after the conference.

Cancellation on or before 19-August-2010 : 50% refund
Cancellation after 19-August-2010 : No refund

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Organizing Committee will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate’s travel and visa arrangements. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates.

Airport Transfers

The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is approximate 70 kilometers or an hour by car to Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Limousines and taxis are available on a 24-hour basis. The cost is approximately USD 20 for the budget and USD 30 for limousine service. This is a pre-paid service and coupons could be purchased at the designated counters in the airport (after you have cleared immigration and customs).

Fast train service from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the Kuala Lumpur Sentral is available for RM 35 one way (approximately USD 10). The duration of the journey is 28 minutes.

Liability

The Organizing Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the delegates during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

Whilst every attempt would be made to ensure all aspects of the Congress mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organizaing Committee assumes no responsibility should it fail to materialize due to unforeseen circumstances and reserves the right to modify the programme as it deems fit.
